Celebrating the new year here was exciting, we were very impressed with the distance to the airport, it was very convenient. the neatness of the rooms was remarkable and the staff was supportive throughout the check-in process. we appreciated that they had a brochure with different ski resorts on offer, and they also helped us to book a tour that was enjoyable.

What we disliked about this place was the location; it's a bit too far from the city center.

We also liked that the hotel was close to the ski resorts in Hokkaido, which made it easy to go skiing during the day. Plus, the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially when we checked in late due to a flight delay.

That the hotel was a bit far from the train station. We ended up taking a taxi, which wasn't too expensive, but it would have been nice if the hotel was closer to public transportation.

Close to airport, great getaway to ski resorts, exceptionally clean rooms, modern amenities, friendly staff, helpful with late checking.
